Age Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 35 years (may vary by program)
- Valid proof of age required (birth certificate, NID)
Education
- Minimum SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent
- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) preferred
- Original educational certificates required
- Academic transcripts may be requested
Medical Requirements
- Medical fitness certificate from authorized medical center
- No serious chronic illnesses
- Good physical health and stamina
- Vision and hearing tests may be required
- Drug screening test
- HIV and other health screenings
Language Requirements
- Basic English proficiency preferred
- No prior Japanese language knowledge required
- Willingness to learn Japanese language
- Commitment to complete language training
Documents Required
- National ID Card (NID) - original and copies
- Birth Certificate
- Educational Certificates (SSC/HSC)
- Passport (valid for at least 2 years)
- Passport-size photographs (10-12 copies)
- Medical fitness certificate
- Police clearance certificate
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Family information documents
Other Requirements
- No criminal record
- Valid passport
- Financial capability for initial expenses
- Commitment to complete training program
- Willingness to work in Japan for contract period
- Parental consent if under 21 years
Disqualifying Factors
The following factors may disqualify an applicant:
- Serious criminal record
- Serious medical conditions
- Age outside required range
- Insufficient educational qualifications
- False or fraudulent documents
- Previous visa rejection without valid reason

3. Medical Examination
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a comprehensive medical examination at an authorized medical center.
4. Final Selection
Final selection is based on all eligibility criteria, document verification, medical clearance, and interview performance.
